Indiana...it is more than the 500, basketball, and spectacular fall foliage. It is where good food and great cooks are found serving up 'farm cooking and Hoosier Hospitality.' What is Indiana cooking? It is Grandma Tamar's Fried Chicken, noodles with-and-on anything, and Mom Unser's Indy Chili. For the 2010 National Meet in beautiful and historic French Lick, Indiana, we are getting ready with a lot of Indiana cooking and hospitality.
